Clomid is taken regardless of meal.
The administered dose of Clomid is 50 mg once a day (after meal). The length of the course of treatment is 5 days (from the 5-th and the 9-th day of menstrual cycle). If there is no supposed performance the second 5 days course of treatment is carried out with the dose of 100 mg (2 tablets) once a day in about 30 days after the end of the first course.
With the decrease of the number of spermatozoids in men there administered 50 mg 1-2 times a day during 3-4 months.
