Cefdinir may be used for the treatment of infections provoked by a series of gram-negative and gram-positive bacterias.
- Posology and Administration
Posology and administration:
for children - 14 mg/kg daily.
Maximal daily dose is 500 mg daily.

Hypersensitivity (also to other cephalosporins, penicillins, other beta-lactam antibiotics). With caution it should be taken during pregnancy, in lactation period and in childhood (for patients under 12 years of age efficiency and safety are not determined); intestinal tract diseases (also in anamnesis): ulcerative colitis, regional enteritis or antibiotic-associated colitis, severe chronic kidney disease.
